GHALLANAI: Two persons were wounded in a roadside explosion in Pandyalai tehsil in Mohmand Agency, official and local sources said on Wednesday. Unidentified miscreants planted an explosive device at a roadside in Zanday Khwar in Pandyalai tehsil. The explosive went off when two tribesmen, identified as Khyal Badshah and Fazal Wahid were passing through the area on their motorcycle.
The tribesmen sustained injuries in the blast and were taken to Agency Headquarters Hospital. The political administration launched an investigation after the incident. Detained militant dies: Meanwhile, a militant died of a brain haemorrhage at the hospital here on Wednesday, official sources said. The sources said that one Habib Said, a resident of Pandyalai teshil in Mohmand Agency, was in the custody of the security forces for a long time and was under treatment at a hospital.
