QUETTA: The Accountability Court has extended remand of Mir Khalid Khan Langove, ex-finance advisor to Chief Minister Balochistan for another 14 days to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Balochistan in mega corruption case here on Tuesday.
It was third remand of Langove and the NAB officials brought him to the court and presented him before the judge. The Judge of the Accountability Court, Abdul Majeed Nasar accepting the request of the NAB, remanded Langove in the custody of NAB for another 14 days.
It is recalled here that Langove was arrested by the NAB Balochistan in mega corruption case lodged against suspended finance secretary Balochistan, Mushtaq Ahmed Raisani. There were charges of massive corruption of government funds of Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) and Local Government Department.
